The Color Tests are made by layering and laminating two translucent grids of unique colors in order to form a more complex grid with more complex colors. In the Color Test Diptychs, the order in which the sheets of Fujitrans are layered is reversed (the front layer in one box moves to the back in the other) resulting in subtle differences in color between the two boxes.
